About How2Bali
How2Bali is operated by Jane Ward in Australia.
How2Bali provides general informational guidance. It is not legal, immigration, medical, financial or other professional advice. You must confirm important information with the relevant official authority or a suitably qualified professional before acting on it.
Memberships and billing
The annual membership costs USD $49 per year. It begins with a 7-day free trial, and a payment method is required when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the membership automatically converts to the annual paid plan. It then renews automatically each year unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
The monthly membership costs USD $7.99 per month, has no free trial and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any taxes, currency conversion costs or other charges displayed during checkout form part of the amount you authorise through the payment provider.
Cancellation and access
You may cancel through My Bali. Cancellation stops future renewal, but your access continues until the end of the trial or paid subscription period then in effect.
If a renewal payment is not completed, access may continue for the payment-failure grace period shown in your account before being paused. Updating your payment details can restore access once the payment provider confirms the subscription is active.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and sign-in codes secure, and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
You must not misuse How2Bali, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, use automated means to overload or extract the service, or use the service in a way that is unlawful or harms another person.
Availability and liability
We work to keep How2Bali useful and available, but information, third-party services, local conditions and official requirements can change. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every circumstance.
To the extent permitted by law, How2Bali is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service or from unavailable or inaccurate third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian consumer rights.
